The Challenge:

Dafiti is one of the most important e-commerce platforms in Latin America, specializing in fashion. It offers a wide variety of products, including clothing, footwear, and accessories. Despite its success, Dafiti faces challenges in terms of usability and heuristic compliance, which negatively affect the user experience.

The Solution:

We introduced a cleaner, more minimal visual system that reduces cognitive load and brings clarity to every step of the journey. By reorganizing content, simplifying interactions, and refining the layout, the app now guides users through a more intuitive and enjoyable purchase flow.

The Results:

The redesigned experience led to a smoother, more intuitive shopping flow. Users reported greater clarity when browsing, fewer obstacles while searching for sizes, and an overall sense of ease throughout the purchase process. The simplified visual language reduced friction and improved task completion, ultimately increasing satisfaction and aligning the app with the expectations of a modern, clean, and user-centered shopping experience.
